INDIANAPOLIS – Charlie Hawke earned Alabama’s first First Team All-America honor in the 500 freestyle since 1982, posting a fifth-place end in the occasion to steer the Tide on the second night time of the NCAA Men’s Swimming and Diving Championships.
Hawke swam a 4:11.40 to complete fifth general in the finals. The time surpassed his entry and prior faculty document swim of 4:11.62 from the Southeastern Conference Championships.
